Product Families Description MP Biomedical's Taq DNA Polymerase is a highly processive, recombinant, thermostable 5’-3’ DNA polymerase that catalyzes the addition of mononucleotide units to the 3’-OH end of a primer chain. Remains functional even after prolonged incubation at 95°C. Applications include PCR, RT-PCR, DNA sequencing and DNA labeling. This enzyme possesses 5’-3’ exonucleases activity. We provide our quality Taq Pol with a variety of ready-to-use incubation buffers, allowing the convenience of receiving the enzyme without having to make the buffers you need or order them separately. Taq CORE Kits includes the enzyme and incubation buffer options, as well as high purity dNTP mixes, everything you need for routine ampflications. We also offer standard enzyme concentrations as well as high concentration options.
Product Overview Taq CORE 25 Kits contain all the reagents required for PCR: High quality recombinant Taq DNA polymerase at 5U/µL concentration |High purity (>99%) dNTPs Mix at 25 mM each concentration |Two optimized incubation buffers: one with MgCl2 and one without MgCl2 |Separate 25 mM MgCl2 solution
